No, sorry. We are strictly an online reseller at this moment.
Do you keep my credit card information after my purchase?
No. We actually never see your credit card information. All your information is processed through our card processor company EWAY www.eway.com.au. They collect the information in a secure server and then finalize the order. We then ship it.
How do I know if the product I want is in stock?
Generally, if you can see the item, it’s in stock. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately to advise on delivery.
What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Do your items come with a warranty?
We only sell quality and thoroughly tested products on this site but sometimes these can still have hiccups. Please contact us with the details and we will sort out the issue for you.
